300

Would you believe this blog will cross the 300 post threshold this week?

Hey, these Sunday posts are for nothing if not idle reflection.

When I began this blog, my goal was to do one post a day for a year. In a couple more months, I’ll be there. I’m still of a mind that I don’t know for sure what I’ll do once I hit that mark. I am reasonably certain of what I won’t do, though:

  1. I won’t promptly shut down the blog and purge it from the Internet.
  2. I won’t leave it to wither on the proverbial vine.

I will almost certainly update it on a semi-regular basis. Does that mean every couple days, once a week, twice a month, or even less? I don’t know. I would hope for at least once a week, but the fact of the matter is I only have so much time to split between everything I work on, and this blog takes up a lot. I don’t resent it for that, but there are other things I’d like to spend time on. Don’t take that as an indication that I plan to slack off for the next few months, though! I may have busy periods where I can’t post in real depth, but I will still offer some food for thought.

I’ve finished going through all the posts in order to recategorize, and have come up with a new list of categories. I will share them soon–perhaps next Sunday. I’ve not begun moving things around yet, though.

It seems awfully repetitive to say I don’t have much else to report, but hey, there you go. I spent a lot of time on the other posts, not much time tuning things up on the back end.

Have a great week! Thanks again for reading.
